We have our own internal quality control inspector who visits properties for quality assurance 24-48 hours after an order is completed.. We also ensure that our processers are trained to review each task before submitting them to our clients.
We have all of our contractors use a secure program for photos to document all services, and this program allows photos to come “in-house” as they are being taken. This in turn allows a quick processing of real time photos.
All of our contractors have over 30 years combined experience in construction and property preservation. Due to federal regulations, we perform background checks on our contractors and conduct bi weekly trainings/meetingswith all field crews.
